Springfield Armory Pistols and Rifles for Sale

Springfield Armory, based in Geneseo, Illinois, builds one of the broadest handgun and rifle catalogs of any American brand. It is the largest single maker on our shelves, and for good reason: there is a Springfield for almost every job, from a pocketable carry pistol to a match-grade .308.

The grid below shows Springfield Armory products that are in stock right now. You can also browse our own Springfield Armory listings with full descriptions.

Finding your way around the Springfield line

Hellcat. Springfield's micro-compact 9mm family, built for everyday concealed carry. The Hellcat Pro stretches the grip and slide for shooters who want more control without moving to a full compact.

Echelon. A modular, striker-fired duty pistol built around a serialised central chassis, with a slide cut to accept a wide range of optics directly.

XD and XD-M Elite. The polymer-frame line that made Springfield a household name, offered in compact through competition lengths and in several calibers.

1911. From the no-frills Mil-Spec and Garrison to the Ronin, Loaded and TRP, Springfield is one of the best-known 1911 makers in the country. The SA-35 revives the classic Hi-Power pattern.

SAINT and M1A. The SAINT family covers AR-15 rifles and pistols, while the M1A is Springfield's civilian take on the M14 pattern, long popular in service-rifle competition. The Model 2020 adds bolt-action hunting rifles to the range.

Which one should you buy?

For daily carry, start with the Hellcat family. For a home-defense or duty-size pistol, compare the Echelon and XD-M Elite. If you want a 1911, decide on caliber and barrel length first, then on features. State law may restrict magazine capacity or certain features, so check the compliant variants if you live in a restrictive state.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Springfield Armory make state-compliant models?
Yes. Many pistols and rifles are offered in low-capacity or otherwise state-compliant versions. They are separate products with their own model numbers, so choose the variant that matches your state's law.
Are Springfield pistols optics ready?
Many current models are offered in optics-ready versions, often marked OSP. Check the individual listing, because the same pistol is frequently sold both with and without an optics cut.
