Firearms Returns

Due to the nature of firearm sales and federal regulations, firearms that have been transferred via FFL (Form 4473 completed) generally cannot be returned. However, if a firearm arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at your FFL and we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Non-Firearm Returns

Non-firearm items (accessories, optics, cleaning supplies, apparel) may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition with original packaging. Items must not have been installed, used, or modified.

Ammunition

All ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns on ammunition for safety and legal reasons.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely and ship to the address provided
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Defective Items

Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We will cover return shipping costs for items confirmed defective upon inspection.
