Henry H1 Sporter Rifle & Carbine
Overview
The Henry H1 Sporter Rifle & Carbine represents a precision-oriented platform from Henry Repeating Arms, designed for shooters who demand consistent accuracy across multiple rimfire calibers. This model bridges the gap between a dedicated target rifle and a field-ready carbine, offering a 20-inch barrel length that balances balance with velocity retention. Chambered in .22 S/L/LR, .22 Magnum, and .17 HMR, the Henry H1 Sporter Rifle & Carbine allows the user to select the exact cartridge for their intended application, from plinking to small-game hunting. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts, while the adjustable rear sight and bead front sight provide immediate usability out of the box. Built on Henry’s proven lever-action heritage, this rifle delivers a smooth cycling action and a trigger pull that breaks cleanly at approximately 4.5 pounds. The American walnut stock with a satin finish enhances both aesthetics and grip stability during extended range sessions.

Who It’s For
This rifle is suited for the shooter who values caliber flexibility and build integrity. The Henry H1 Sporter Rifle & Carbine is appropriate for competitive rimfire matches where .22 S/L/LR is the standard, as well as for varmint control where .17 HMR or .22 Magnum provides flat trajectory and retained energy. Hunters targeting small game such as squirrels or rabbits will appreciate the lightweight profile and reliable feeding cycle. Target shooters who prefer iron sights will find the fully adjustable rear aperture and hooded front sight sufficient for 50- to 100-yard precision work. The rifle also serves as a training platform for new shooters due to its low recoil and intuitive lever-action mechanism. Because the Henry H1 Sporter Rifle & Carbine ships with a manual and a lock, it meets safety requirements for direct shipment to the end user through an FFL dealer.
